Pre-registration
Keeping the same procedures as in previous fairs, the Promoter
will send out approximately 15,000 credentials beforehand to all
buyers and professionals from the sector who are registered on its mailing list.
Invitations
Nearly 16,000 invitations will be distributed to buyers via the mailing
lists of the Promoter, Trade Bodies, Class Associations,
Chambers of Commerce, Airline Companies and exhibitors,
who will send them to their customers.
Media
In the period preceding FIT 0/16 publicity announcements will be
placed in the main national and international specialist sector magazines.
In addition press releases will be sent on a regular basis to
newspapers, thereby creating great anticipation surrounding the event.
Press Agency
Provided they supply suitable material exhibitors will have the support
of the Press Agency hired by the Promoter to publicize products,
new product launches and promotions, both before and during the event.
